Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

No. We will arrive early and reach out to you to see what time best fits your schedule.

If you are hosting a festival or event we will arrive any where from 1-3 hours before to make sure the set up process goes smoothly. If you choose our weekend rental option, we will set up on Friday Evening and Schedule your delivery with you.

We take all forms of payments, you get your best prices by paying the depoist online and paying us Cash, venmo, cash app, paypal in person.

We would like to stay within 50ft if possible. We do have 100ft extension cords on our vehicle but 50ft is the desired distance.

We will give you a rain check on your deposit good for 1 year. If AAA Inflatables needs to cancel because of weather we will give you the option to get your deposit back or reschedule for another date.

A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars.
